Account Deletion Request

Delete your Trésora account

You can request permanent deletion of your Trésora account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request. The fastest way is to use the in-app option (Profile → Delete account), but you can also submit the form on this page.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our production systems:

  • Your account profile (name, email, authentication identifiers)
  • All inventory items you created, including titles, descriptions, values, and metadata
  • Photos and other files you uploaded
  • Collections, tags, locations, and other organizational data
  • Device tokens, sessions, and preferences

What data may be retained

We may retain a limited set of information after deletion when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction and billing records, retained for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and audit obligations.
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs, retained for up to 90 days.

Encrypted backups are rotated on a rolling schedule and any residual data in backups is purged within 30 days of your deletion being processed.

Timeline

Verified requests are typically processed within 7 days and completed within 30 days. We will email you at the address associated with your account once deletion is complete. After deletion, your account cannot be recovered.
